During the reservation process, you only need to provide us with the place and time you would like us to deliver and collect your bike, along with the size specifications and required accessories and we will do the rest!

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the price of hiring a bike?

Included in the hire price is a hand pump, a spare inner-tube, a bike lock and tyre changing equipment.  All these ítems should be returned with the bike. If you use the inner-tube, there is a 2€ cost when the bike is returned.

Should i bring my own helmet?

For comfort, we recommend you bring your own helmet, however, we do provide high quality helmets at a cost of €5 per person.

For your safety, we recommend you always wear your helmet when riding the bike.

Are pedals included?

We recommend you bring own pedals however, we do provide a range of pedal options including Look Keo classic, Shimano spd-sl and Shimano spd (mtb).  We charge €5 for pedal hire per bike.

Are Shoes and shoe plates provided?

We do not provide shoes or calas, customers must ensure they bring their own.

What methods of payment are available?

Credit Card only

How does the delivery process work?

The delivery service  is available every day of the week from 9am to 7pm.

At the time of booking, you must include the following:

  • Name and address of the accommodation
  • The time you would like delivery of your bike
  • Date, time and place you would like your bike collected.
  • The cost of the delivery and collection service is €20.  This cost is per booking, so if you have 4 bikes delivered and collected you will still be charged only €20 as long as they are delivered to the same place at the same time.

For your convenience, please note the collection and delivery address can be different.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • If for any reason, you cannot travel or cannot use a bike, please cancel your booking by sending an email to at the earliest opportunity.
  • If you cancel up to one month before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between one month and two weeks of the delivery date, we will give you a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel with less than two weeks notice of the delivery date, you will receive no refund.

  • If all your Information is correct, you will receive a link to process payment.
  • Once payment has been received, we will send you a confimation email.
  • Keep your email as proof of your booking
